The Role

As Housekeeping Training Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate housekeeping training activities while remaining hands-on within hotel operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured onboarding, induction and training programs for new Housekeeping team members

  • Coach, mentor and develop Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants and Housekeeping Service Attendants

  • Conduct regular room inspections, spot checks and quality audits to ensure five-star presentation standards are maintained

  • Monitor training progress, complete training documentation and provide ongoing performance feedback

  • Support the implementation of housekeeping procedures, work instructions and service standards

  • Partner with operational leaders to identify development opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, or similar hotel leadership position

  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, quality standards and room inspection processes

  • Experience leading, coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced hotel environment

  • A passion for training and mentoring others, with the ability to build capability and confidence across diverse teams

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering luxury guest experiences

  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster as operational requirements dictate

  • Experience using OPERA or other hotel property management systems will be highly regarded

  • Previous experience within a five-star hotel environment is strongly preferred

If you're an experienced housekeeping leader who thrives on developing people, maintaining exceptional standards, and creating a positive team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
