About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Maintain HR databases and attendance records
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations
- Support employee engagement and HR activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in HR
- Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome
- Internship experience in HR is a plus
