Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Hands-on experience with Keka payroll software is required.
- MIS Management
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- HR Support: Provide full HR support across the unit.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Graduation from any branch).
Working Details
- Working Shift: 12-hour shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
- Accommodation: Free accommodation facility is provided.
- Facilities: Canteen and transport facilities are available at a subsidized rate.
