HR Generalist (Work from Office)

Immediate joiners preferred

Job responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and orientation activities.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other employee documentation for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Manage background verification, employee records, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Address employee queries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Handle employee separations, exit formalities, and Full & Final settlements independently.

Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations

  • Support monthly payroll processing for employees and contractual staff in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain attendance records through biometric and manual systems and integrate attendance data for payroll.
  • Track and communicate attendance, leave, and related data to internal teams and clients, as required.
  • Use HR data and reports to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional HR initiatives and contribute to a consistent, high-trust employee experience.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, and office supplies.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement of administrative supplies.
  • Support employee travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements, as required.
  • Ensure workplace facilities are maintained in a safe, organized, and employee-friendly manner.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, auditors, and other stakeholders on compliance matters.

Qualification preferred:
  • Post-graduation in HRM preferred

Experience :
  • 3-5 years
