What you'll do
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, employee relations, and employment law.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and probationary processes.

Your new company
A multinational construction company based in West Dublin is seeking a HR Generalist on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious, that is looking to be challenged in a fast-paced environment.
Your new role
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, employee relations, and employment law.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of €45,000 - €50,000 DOE +10% bonus. You will receive a pension, healthcare and 25 days annual leave. You will avail of a hybrid work policy of 3 days on-site.
