What you'll do

  • Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
  • Advise and support managers on employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes, investigations, performance management, and absence management.
  • Manage and support workplace investigations, ensuring matters are handled fairly and in line with company policy and Irish employment legislation.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans, probation reviews, and employee conduct matters.
  • Manage and monitor employee absence, including return-to-work processes and Occupational Health referrals where required.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee documentation, and HR administration.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics including headcount, turnover, and absenteeism.
  • Support payroll administration and provide accurate employee information as required.
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and HR projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with employees, managers, and key stakeholders across the organisation.

An exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join a leading organisation based in Naas, Co. Kildare*. This role will provide broad HR support with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, absence management, and HR compliance. Benefits and Package:

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Based in Naas, Co. Kildare.
  • Hybrid working – 1 day from home following probation.
  • Health insurance contribution of 30% of premium costs, up to €400 per annum.
