We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Human Resources Generalist (HR all-rounder) to manage and oversee various HR functions, including engagement, operations, and recruitment. This role is pivotal in driving a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships between employees and management.
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team in Pune (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft job descriptions, source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage offer negotiations, and pre- and post-onboarding activities.
- Create employer brand content and social media campaigns, and partner strategically with hiring managers to meet talent needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Advise on all employee relations, including labor legislation-related matters from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and advising managers on employment matters.
- Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently.
- Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives.
- Super Important: Facilitate a good work culture, drive employee engagement and welfare, and handle performance management cases and staff grievances
- Plan and design strategies for internal engagement and retention.
Must have qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on HR experience, with a strong focus on hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
