What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day HR activity across the business.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established business with the recruitment of an HR Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available.
Salary
Fully negotiable, depending on experience + additional benefits
