About this role
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly inbound targets.
● Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
● Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the
customer base.
● Manage Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, and Client Relationship
Management.
● Maintain proper documentation and communicate customer queries
effectively.
● Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
● Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills..
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is
preferred.
● Experience: Fresher to 1yr
● Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must), English, Hindi (Preferable)
● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to
adapt quickly to market changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Notice Period: Immediately available
