Shift: US Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

Denken Solutions is looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our US Staffing team. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Identify and engage potential clients across the US staffing market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and activity targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Experience in US Staffing or Workforce Solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions to US clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of accountability and a customer-first mindset.
