- B.S. Computer Science or Related Degree
- Knowledge of Application Development (Java, .Net, HTML5, Mobile Apps)
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

IT Telecom/Professional Services Manager Atlanta, GA Our client is current seeking a Professional Services Manager (IT / Telecom) skilled in supporting the Telecommunications Industry in Wireline and Wireless implementations. This person will use their combined IT and Telecom skills to provide planning, implementation and maintenance services for wireless, wire line, broadband cable, utilities, and data centers networks. This position requires a Strong knowledge of development and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Our IT technical environment includes Java, .Net, HTML5, Mobile App Development. Other required skills are: Minimum 8 years direct experience in a Professional Services company supporting the Telecommunications Industry in Wireline and Wireless implementations Minimum 8 years direct experience managing applications and/or systems management. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions including the consistent meeting of deliverable dates. Strong knowledge of development and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Experience with Agile methodologies a plus. Demonstrated ability to act as the primary Architect for applications including extensive application design skills, internal consulting skills and technical aptitude.
