What you'll do

  • Design, develop, review, and deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes (both full qualifications and short courses) in veterinary–related disciplines such as animal care, veterinary nursing, animal behaviour and training.
  • Develop training materials, including lesson plans, slides, assessments, and practical guides
  • Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities to develop new CET courses and programmes
  • Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning approaches
  • Design and develop e-learning content, including microlearning modules
  • Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance
  • Implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes and participant experience
  • Coordinate pre-semester planning, including timetabling, resource allocation, and course setup
  • Support course promotion activities
