Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for the oversight and accuracy of various inventory related transactions. This includes, but isn't limited to; Material Review Report (MRR), Return to Vendor (RTV) and WIP cycle count transactions, the coordination of work in process (WIP) sub-assembly production/back-flush and issuance for Technical Service and sales order requirements. This individual will provide leadership to a team of inventory coordinators and supervisors.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all WIP inventory related transactions and reconciliation.
• Own the site wide cycle count process. Investigate variances, perform appropriate adjustments and drive process corrections/improvements as appropriate.
• Responsible for the management and disposition of inventory reserves.
• Ensure that all non-conforming WIP material movement, and subsequent ERP transactions, are in accordance with all relative non-conforming material SOPs.
• Maintain forecasts of ZOLL’s Technical Service function.
• Maintain all WIP inventory related KPIs. This includes, but is not limited to; Cycle count, WIP inventory, scrap and reserves related metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and other staff to ensure business objectives are met.
• Provide routine status updates to operations leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment: doing transactional activities including stockroom, inventory and purchasing receipt transactions required

The annual salary for this position is:

$90,000.00 to $135,000.00
