What you'll do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) covering the full funnel — Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.
  • Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, and bidding approach to deliver against acquisition, CAC, ROAS, and volume targets.
  • Build and continuously test audience strategies, creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages through structured A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Partner with Creative/Content teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives suited to each funnel stage and platform.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (spend, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and translate insights into optimization actions.
  • Work with Analytics/Product teams to ensure accurate tracking of conversion events, pixels, UTMs, and attribution across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Manage day-to-day platform hygiene: bid management, budget pacing, audience refresh, negative keyword management, and creative rotation.
  • Collaborate with the CLM/Retention Marketing team to ensure smooth handoff of acquired users into lifecycle journeys, and share funnel insights that inform retention strategy.
  • Stay current with platform updates, auction dynamics, privacy/attribution changes (iOS/Android), and industry best practices; recommend adoption of new tools or ad formats.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key trends, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners/agencies where applicable, including media agencies and platform representatives.

What they're looking for

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media buying, with demonstrated ownership of Meta and Google Ads accounts.
  • Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns — from top-of-funnel awareness/reach to bottom-of-funnel conversion/performance campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting/segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
  • Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar).
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets and SQL (or similar) for campaign analysis, reporting, and validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Analytics, and CLM/Retention teams.
  • Basic understanding of tracking fundamentals (pixels, UTMs, event tracking, attribution) and how they connect to downstream CLM/CEP platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, Insider or similar).

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic platforms, DV360, or other demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Familiarity with CDPs or event-tracking tools such as Segment, RudderStack, or mParticle.
  • Exposure to CLM/retention marketing concepts and CEP platforms, to enable closer collaboration with the retention marketing team.
  • Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, gaming, food delivery, or fintech domains.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
