Job Summary
We are looking for a Merchant Engagement professional with experience in WhatsApp communication, CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement. The candidate will manage marketing and engagement activities for onboarded merchants primarily through the WhatsApp channel.
Key Responsibilities
