About the Role
Lyzr AI is hiring a Marketing Ops Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of its marketing engine infrastructure and analytics. This role operates at the intersection of marketing and sales, serving as the critical link that ensures data alignment, funnel efficiency, and tool optimization. The ideal candidate will own the full HubSpot stack, manage website-to-CRM integrations like Cal.com, and deliver sharp, insight-driven dashboards and decks that empower both strategic and tactical decisions across teams.
What you’ll do
Manage and own HubSpot as the central CRM and marketing automation platform. Ensure campaigns, workflows, lead routing, and data cleanliness are maintained at a high standard.
Monitor and optimize the entire funnel, from lead generation to closed deals and deliver insights that influence performance at each stage.
Develop and maintain dashboards and decks that communicate marketing and sales performance clearly to stakeholders, with a focus on trends, anomalies, and strategic recommendations.
Oversee website integrations such as Cal.com, ensuring frictionless scheduling experiences and seamless data capture into the CRM.
Act as the operational bridge between marketing and sales, streamlining lead handoffs, process improvements, and campaign feedback loops.
Take ownership of product-level metrics, tracking and reporting growth, performance, and opportunities across key agent/product lines.
What you’ll need
2+ years of experience in marketing operations or analytics roles, preferably within fast-paced startups or SaaS environments.
Proven HubSpot expertise, including hands-on experience with workflows, pipeline management, contact segmentation, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset, and fluency in building dashboards using Sheets, Excel, or BI tools.
Experience integrating web tools and scheduling platforms like Cal.com, along with a knack for solving API or automation hiccups.
Solid grasp of marketing and sales funnel KPIs like MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates with a track record of improving them through operational rigor.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling stories and visual narratives.
A bias for ownership and action. Someone who independently identifies problems, solves them, and iterates fast.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across GTM, product, and technical teams.
