Job Title: Marketing Specialist (leased workforce contract, 12 month, can be renewable)

Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support business objectives and drive lead generation.

• Create and manage engaging marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, promotional materials, and customer communications.

• Independently manage marketing projects from planning to execution, including budget management, vendor coordination, timeline management, prioritization, and issue resolution.

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies, leveraging social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Analyze campaign, market, and competitive data to measure performance, generate insights, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing activities with business priorities and customer needs.

• Support the planning and execution of selected events, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives and maximizing return on investment.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Preferably a degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a general understanding of the company’s business and technology landscape.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple marketing and communication projects independently — including events, press conferences, and public relations initiatives.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch, as well as English, with strong cross-cultural awareness and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Team & Ownership Mindset: A strong sense of teamwork combined with the ability to take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate with Content Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Event Management, or Business Development is preferred.
