Job Description Summary

You will act as a trusted clinical partner, enabling customers to maximise the value of their MRI systems, enhance patient care, and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence & Education

  • Deliver high-quality MRI applications training across clinical, classroom, and virtual environments
  • Drive clinical capability through structured education programs and new product introduction
  • Support customers to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and workflow efficiency

Commercial & Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with Sales teams to support demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer engagement
  • Translate clinical needs into tailored MRI solutions that deliver value
  • Contribute to business growth by creating early clinical evidence for our solutions, identifying opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives

Installation & Adoption

  • Support system installations, upgrades, and go-live activities
  • Lead clinical handovers and enable seamless integration into customer workflows
  • Accelerate adoption of advanced applications and innovative technologies

Customer Success & Optimisation

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Optimise imaging protocols, system performance, and utilisation
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience

Continuous Improvement & Customer Experience

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, training effectiveness, and system utilisation
  • Capture insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure timely resolution of escalations with clear communication

Clinical Leadership & Market Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and develop reference sites
  • Represent GE HealthCare at industry events, workshops, and conferences
  • Contribute to clinical thought leadership and education initiatives

Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively across Sales, Service, Product, and global Applications teams
  • Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Degree in Radiography / Medical Radiation Science or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • 3–5+ years of MRI clinical or technical experience
  • Expertise in MRI applications, protocol optimisation, and image quality
  • Willingness to travel across ANZ and a hold a valid driver’s licence

Desired:

  • Experience with GE HealthCare MR systems
  • Experience delivering structured education programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated experience delivering MRI training and developing clinical capability
