What you'll do

  • Draft, review, track, and file contracts, agreements, and related commercial documents with venues, vendors, and agencies.
  • Coordinate internal approval processes for contracts, budgets, purchase orders, and expenses in line with company policy; liaise with Legal department, as required.
  • Source and work with local suppliers to produce branded giveaways and promotional material.
  • Process and maintain purchase orders, invoices, expense claims, and payment documentation; liaise with Finance and Procurement departments, as required.
  • Keep complete, audit-ready records of all contracts, approvals, and supporting paperwork.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements; prepare status updates and escalate issues.
  • Support event- and campaign-related paperwork, including documentation collection, checklists, and post-activity records.
  • Assist with formal reports on contractual commitments, budget use, and approval status.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data protection, and relevant regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract and approval workflows.

Job Summary:

Supermicro seeks a mid-level Marketing Coordinator with 4-5 years of experience to manage contracts, approvals, and paperwork supporting marketing activities, especially events and trade shows.
