  • Maintain accurate company, employee, contractor, customer, supplier and operational records.
  • Manage document control, filing, scanning, uploading and archiving.
  • Assist with job scheduling and coordination through Visual Dispatch.
  • Track licences, tickets, certificates, inductions and other required documentation.
  • Help organise and tidy up back-of-house administration systems and processes.
  • Provide ad hoc support with PA duties and accounts administration.
  • Manage office supplies, amenities and general office organisation.
  • Jump in across the business and take ownership of ad hoc tasks as they arise.

About the Role:

We’re partnering with a well-established Trades Business based in Seaford, operating across hire, transport and logistics, who are looking for a hands-on Operations Administration Assistant to join their team. You’ll support the wider business across administration, document control, job scheduling, records, office coordination and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administration support to management and the wider team.
