- Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
- Coaching associates to work safely at all times

We’re seeking for an experienced Process Assistant to join the team at our Fulfillment Center in Dandenong working on day shift (7am - 5pm).
The Process Assistant will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities specific to your process path.
You'll be the go-to person for team members during your shift, guiding them to follow established processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role that will give you practical experience with the tools and systems.
Key job responsibilities
- Support and work in Inbound and other departments as required
