The experienced nursing team brings more than 20 years of combined expertise across first-opinion and emergency care, while the wider client-facing team provides a strong foundation of knowledge and support.

The purpose-built surgery is equipped to a high clinical standard and works alongside visiting specialists in areas including orthopaedics and cardiology, providing opportunities to gain experience with a varied and interesting caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to small animal patients.

• Support Veterinary Surgeons with medical and surgical cases.

• Assist with anaesthesia, inpatient care and clinical procedures.

• Deliver excellent patient monitoring and welfare.

• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients.

• Work collaboratively with Veterinary Surgeons, RVNs and support colleagues.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• Maintain high clinical and professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing CPD and clinical development.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse who:

• Holds current UK registration with the RCVS.

• Has a genuine passion for high-quality patient care.

• Enjoys all aspects of first-opinion veterinary nursing.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.

• Is enthusiastic about learning and developing new clinical skills.

• Takes pride in delivering outstanding patient and client care.
