About this role

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

We’re looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our Estonian Sales team in Tallinn. In this role, you’ll support our Partner Sales Managers in their day-to-day work, work closely with merchant partners, and help maintain smooth cooperation across sales processes. You’ll also keep our systems accurate and up to date, providing a seamless experience for our partners.

If you enjoy working with people and systems, are interested in sales, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a high-quality support experience to our merchant partners and sales team.
  • Onboarding new partners by setting up profiles, users, products, and payment options in our systems.
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and supporting partner bonus and invoice-related processes.
  • Preparing and drafting cooperation agreements and other partner documentation.
  • Supporting partners with product and process-related questions and providing training when needed.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate product and process information is shared.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • 1-2 years of relevant previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Support Specialist/Assistant, Insurance Assistant, or related position).
  • Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to partners and colleagues.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken Estonian & English.

What you’ll get in return

  • A competitive salary tailored to your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Wellbeing support through sports compensation or additional health insurance to help you stay active and healthy.
  • Extra vacation days after your third year, giving you more time to rest and recharge.
  • A 6-week paid sabbatical after four years, recognising strong performance and long-term contribution.
  • A dynamic and inspiring work environment where you’re encouraged to grow and take ownership of your work.
  • Flexibility through a hybrid and autonomous way of working, built on trust and accountability.
  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented international colleagues across multiple markets.
  • Regular team events and additional perks that make work more enjoyable and help celebrate successes together.

Sounds like a fit?

Apply, and our recruitment team will be in touch. If you’re unsure but curious, apply anyway - we’re happy to explore together.
