Pre-Sales Engineer – Electronic Surveillance Systems

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems to support technical discussions, solution design, and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Electronic Surveillance / ELV solutions.

· Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.

· Prepare quotations and reports using Excel.

· Coordinate with the sales, project, and installation teams for technical support.

· Assist in preparing system solutions for CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Structured Cabling projects.

· Provide technical support during client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions.

· Maintain accurate documentation related to proposals and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

· 6 months to 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Electronic Surveillance / ELV Systems.

· Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Networking, and Structured Cabling.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (quotations, BOQs, and reporting).

· Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
