Presales Executive

Truliv Properties is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive for its Pune operations. The role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, CRM discipline, and a customer-first mindset.

*Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns

*Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Truliv’s offerings clearly

*Qualify leads based on defined criteria and maintain accurate lead status

*Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Truliv properties

*Provide detailed information on pricing, amenities, policies, and availability

*Build rapport with prospects and address initial queries professionally

*Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team and property managers

*Ensure proper follow-ups before and after site visits to drive conversions

*Update all lead interactions, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM systems

*Track lead funnel stages and share daily / weekly MIS reports with the sales manager

*Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes

*Assist the sales team in closing deals by ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation

*Coordinate with marketing, operations, and property teams for smooth customer onboarding

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Persuasive ability with a customer-centric approach

*Basic understanding of real estate / co-living / hospitality sales preferred

*Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call management systems

*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment

*Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)

*1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles

*Experience in real estate, co-living, hospitality, or services sector is an advantage
