The Private Client team is busy and well established, advising individuals and families across the full range of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate administration. The role offers a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on delivering clear, practical advice and a consistently high level of client service. This is a position suited to a solicitor who is comfortable managing a busy workload and taking ownership of their own caseload from an early stage. The role requires someone confident in handling volume while maintaining accuracy, care, and strong client communication. There is also scope to contribute to the ongoing development of the department, including identifying efficiencies and supporting improvements in service delivery. The role includes responsibility for managing fee income targets and working within established professional and quality frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE with solid Private Client experience, particularly across Wills, LPAs and Probate. Strong technical ability is essential, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when required. A calm, organised and proactive approach is important, particularly when dealing with sensitive client matters.
