Private Client Solicitor / CILEX / Fee Earner - Gloucestershire - 3+ Years' Experience
Location: Gloucestershire (office based with some home working flexibility)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Fee Earner to join its highly regarded Private Client team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high quality caseload with a particular focus on Trust management and Trust administration, alongside wider estate and tax planning matters.

The Role
You'll manage your own varied and high quality caseload, including:

  • Estate and tax planning
  • Trust creation, management and administration
  • Advising clients, trustees and beneficiaries
  • Preparing wills and assisting with probate matters
  • Building and maintaining strong long term client relationships
  • Providing clear, technical and client focused advice


The position involves significant client contact, and while largely office based, some home working can be accommodated.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Private Client specialist with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Private Client work
  • A strong background in Trust matters and complex estate planning
  • Technical knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax
