Process Control In charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Control In charge to oversee and optimize our process control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective process control, maintaining product quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and product quality

- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process control systems meet production and quality requirements

- Develop and maintain process control documentation, including SOPs and work instructions

- Train and support production staff on process control systems and procedures

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Control, or related field

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in process control, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry

- Strong knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and automation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and leadership skills
