Job Description

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the sales force and customers in understanding, training on, and using the product line under their responsibility. The incumbent actively participates in the development of the solutions development plan and in the creation of product development documentation, as well as pre-sales, post-sales, and go-to-market tools.

The incumbent also supports the Engineering team by conducting application testing on products under development and recommending changes and improvements. They also contribute to the continuous improvement of the product line(s) under their responsibility. Finally, they support the Product Manager in the development of new solutions.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

Support the Sales Force and Train Users:

Qualifications

Education and Relevant Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the field of Phased Array Ultrasonics;
  • College diploma (DEC) in Physics with 8 to 10 years of experience / Bachelor's degree in Physics with 5 to 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, an asset;
  • Experience in marketing and go-to-market activities, an asset.
