Product Design Internship (Summer 2027)

 

Workshop is looking for a curious, ambitious Product Design Intern to help shape the future of internal communications—and explore how AI can make work more creative, intuitive, and human.

You’ll work alongside our Product team to turn real customer needs into thoughtful experiences, use AI to explore ideas and build prototypes, and learn when AI adds value—and when a simpler solution works best.

This is a hybrid role based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.

As a Product Design Intern, you will:

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to craft user-centered features and experiences.
  • Participate across the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design.
  • Explore how AI can help internal communications teams create better content, reach employees, and understand what’s working.
