We are seeking an Product Intelligence Specialist who combines strong business analysis skills with technical product configuration expertise. The individual will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Customers to configure complex retail solutions, translate business requirements into product configurations, and leverage AI-powered knowledge systems to accelerate solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements.
• Configure enterprise retail products based on customer needs.
• Translate business processes into product configurations.
• Perform gap analysis between legacy and target solutions.
• Create configurations.
• Use AI tools to analyze product capabilities, documentation, source code, and customer configurations.
• Build and maintain reusable configuration templates and knowledge assets.
• Support implementation, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation using AI.
• Validate solution completeness and ensure configuration quality.
• Support pre-sales with solution demonstrations and technical discovery.
