Regional Product Lead, Display and Video Specialist (English, Japanese)

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Google Customer Solutions (GCS)
  scaled team and customers to deliver on key metrics to reach target and strategic goals for Asia-Pacific (APAC).
• Define and drive product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to GCS scaled advertisers, users and Google’s growth.
• Manage and define the solutions roadmap for the market, and partner with sales teams to enable them to co-achieve in-market growth objectives. Help shape the video product roadmap by advocating and sharing customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to reflect the needs of GCS customers.
• Provide thought leadership and expertise to GCS Scaled leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders, including sales members, product teams, marketing teams etc.
• Educate GCS scaled sellers, and clients at scale in collaboration with our frontline teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
• 2 years of experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in and with Japanese market.
• Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to communicate with Japanese speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
• Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.
