Rural Banking Associate in Kurukshetra HR - Fresher can apply

We are hiring a Rural Banking Associate from Kurukshetra to support our Relationship Managers in building strong customer relationships in rural markets. The role focuses on deepening relationships with households, assessing loan needs of business owners/entrepreneurs, and ensuring best-in-class banking services. 

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of branch banking experience in Kurukshetra to start their career in the banking sector.

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Nearby Rural Branches of Kurukshetra (As per allocation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct zoning activities to map household needs in assigned nearby villages and areas of Kurukshetra Haryana.
• Carry out end-user checks post loan disbursement and achieve monthly & annual group loan booking targets.
• Assess client needs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and generate new revenue sources.
• Drive liabilities penetration by opening accounts and promoting financial inclusion in rural areas of Kurukshetra.
• Achieve individual & branch sales goals through new business, referrals, and retention.
• Encourage customers to adopt digital and online banking services.
• Maintain high efficiency in collections and ensure timely repayment.
• Ensure accurate loan and account documentation in coordination with the operations team of Kurukshetra Haryana.
• Adhere to bank compliance, audit norms, and risk management standards.
• Support livelihood and community development initiatives run by the bank.
• Stay updated on banking products, credit standards, and market trends to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
• Experience: 0–1 year in branch banking (freshers welcome from Kurukshetra).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong commitment towards rural development and financial inclusion.
• Ability to travel locally within assigned areas/villages.
