Salon Manager Trainer – Manchester

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Salon Management Trainer who is flexible, organised, exceptionally reliable and able to deliver our Complete Salon Management Training Course in locations across Manchester and the surrounding area.

You will exude a passion for salon management with the ability to motivate and encourage others.

The Essentials

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Salon Management or the Beauty Industry
• Teaching qualification desirable but full training will be provided
• Full UK driving license
• Reliability
• Own car and the ability to travel is essential

The Role

• You will train groups of between 8-14 students in salon management techniques.
• Course content includes business planning, team leadership, customer service, marketing strategies, inventory management, and financial planning.
• Working to specific lesson plans, you will deliver practical, ‘hands-on’ salon management training and ensure students gain a full understanding of running and managing a successful salon.
• You will possess the ability to adapt your training techniques to accommodate differing learning styles.
• You will assist students by imparting industry knowledge and experience in regard to operational best practices, as well as recommended tools and strategies.
• Commission-based upselling is available, giving Trainers the opportunity to increase earnings substantially.

Opportunities

• Part-time opportunities of 1-2 weeks per month available for those wishing to work more locally.
• Alternatively, full-time opportunities of 3-4 weeks per month are available for those willing to travel approximately up to 2 hours from their home address and stay away from home to deliver training (hotel accommodation and mileage paid).
