  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the F-15 Air Vehicle IPT, Mission Systems IPT, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, Flight Crews, and Engineering, to ensure awareness and alignment of critical initiatives, develop and execute emerging issue mitigation plans, and collaborate on key technical strategies for the F-15EX and Domestic Programs
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to investigate emerging engineering issues, drive forward progress, develop mitigation and implementation plans, and track performance and execution
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional production system teams to align integration activities with the overall production schedule, mitigate impacts to the production system, and drive innovative process change to enable rate acceleration for the F-15 program
  • Serve as a point of contact for all F-15 platform integration-related inquiries and issues.
  • Act as a primary focal supporting F-15EX and F-15 platform level technical meetings (ERB, CCB, SRB, ICWG, RWG, F/TMARR, TPWG, etc.)
  • Manage the engineering responsibilities for the DD250 process of F-15EX aircraft
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the USAF customer and Boeing executive leadership, leveraging exceptional communication skills to clearly convey technical status updates, identify and articulate potential risks, report progress against critical milestones, and facilitate informed decision-making at all levels.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior F-15 Platform Integration Project Engineer to support the Office of the F-15EX Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing integration activities across production, development, and sustainment engineering teams. This role requires solid project management skills and a broad technical understanding across multiple engineering disciplines. It offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the F-15EX program by coordinating cross-functional efforts and supporting key program milestones.

Position Responsibilities:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley, MO.

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
