What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, strategic, IT, and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, executive search, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, interview coordination, offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide hiring insights through dashboards and reports.
  • Drive end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Own the Performance Management framework, including 30-60-90 day reviews, KRAs/KPIs, scorecards, and performance review cycles.
  • Lead HR policy implementation, compliance, workplace operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies, drive change management, and support workforce planning.
  • Manage HRMS, employee records, HR documentation, reporting, and HR analytics while continuously improving HR processes and operational efficiency.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Lead – Talent Acquisition & People Operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role combines Leadership Hiring, HR Operations, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Workplace Operations, making it ideal for someone who can balance strategic hiring with people initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, strategic, IT, and Non-IT positions across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, executive search, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
