Location: India (Remote)

Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (High performance converts to an Extension or Full-time)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 / month fixed + additional performance-based incentive

📈 What Your First 90 Days Look Like

  • First 15 Days (Onboard & Learn): Shadow live screening calls, master internal documentation tools, begin independently conducting 15–20 screening calls/day and progressively ramp up screening volume (target: 25–40 calls/day). 

  • Days 30–60 (Own & Execute): Run independent, high-quality candidate screens that closely mirror client interview standards, take ownership of candidate feedback, and generate key reports.

  • Towards 6 Months (Scale & Convert): Master end-to-end talent operations and position yourself for full-time conversion or extension based on performance.
