About the Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Team Lead, TV and DTV leads one of Emma's most important performance-marketing channels: TV, with a media budget above €30M a year. You own both sides of it, a large, established linear TV operation that still has room to grow, and DTV, a channel we're building the strategy for almost from scratch.

This is a performance role first. Unlike the way offline media is often run, TV at Emma isn't measured on reach and engagement alone: you'll be judged on investment efficiency, revenue, and ROAS; and you'll need the analytical fluency to defend recommendations.

You'll lead a team of three to four based in Lisbon, and work closely with E-commerce and Brand & Communications, alongside our external TV agency partners, to keep the channel performing and to bring the DTV strategy to life.
