Senior Social Video Producer / Editor

We are looking for a Senior Social Video Producer / Editor to own end-to-end short-form video for our organic social channels. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who has a track record of making Reels and TikToks that go viral and win, not just clean edits, but content that stops the scroll, earns reach, and drives saves and shares. You will set the quality bar and the pace for our video output and be a senior creative partner to the Social team from day one.

Please note that we are hiring for this role in New York City, within commuting distance of our NYC office.

What you will be doing

• Produce and edit high-volume short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that consistently performs and travels.

• Own the full edit workflow end to end: selects, cuts, pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound design and color, to platform spec

• Bring a proven instinct for what goes viral on organic social and turn briefs and trends around fast

• Use AI tools within the editing workflow to raise both quality and velocity

• Set formats, templates and standards the wider team can build on, and raise the bar on everything we ship

• Partner with the Social Lead, community, creative and brand teams to plan, batch and serialize content

• Act as a senior creative voice, spotting the formats and edits that will win before they are obvious

What skills and experience we think you have

• 5+ years producing and editing short-form social video, with a portfolio of organic work that demonstrably performed (viral or high-engagement Reels / TikToks, not just polished edits)

• Expert command of a professional edit stack (Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; After Effects for motion graphics)

• Hands-on experience using AI tools within the editing workflow

• A sharp, current sense of internet culture, trends and what earns attention on organic social

• Senior judgment and the ability to own quality and output with minimal oversight, and to hit the ground running with no training runway

• Comfort at high volume with fast feedback cycles

• Based in New York (NYC-based, tri-state commutable). No relocation or flights

Nice to have

• On-camera / on-set production and shooting experience

• Experience with health, wellness, femtech or other regulated/medical brands

• Motion design / graphic design skills

• A history of building repeatable, winning content formats

Location

We are remote-first, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person from time to time. Most of the team that you will work with is based within commuting distance of NYC.

Salary bracket: $120,000–$130,000, depending on experience
While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
