In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to support the delivery of future state capabilities and ongoing enhancements to the Shadow NAV product set within the Trustee & Depositary business.
  • Support the Product Owner in day‑to‑day product ownership activities, including writing and refining user stories, backlog refinement, prioritisation support, and providing clarity to the Scrum team to enable effective delivery.
  • Contribute to defining product requirements by gathering, analysing, and synthesising input from stakeholders, delivery teams, and data sources.
  • Support standardisation and optimisation initiatives across German Trustee & Depositary business processes, ensuring alignment with the wider global T&D product suite.
  • Monitor business, operational, and product trends to provide insights that inform product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Track and analyse key delivery and performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities to improve product outcomes and ways of working.
  • Assist in preparing clear, concise materials (e.g. updates, reports, presentations) that communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Owner and Analyst colleagues to support joined‑up delivery across teams, including awareness of dependencies and sequencing considerations.
  • Bring curiosity and energy to the team, actively looking for better ways to work and contributing ideas on how tools, automation, and AI could improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Passion for changing the status quo and contributing to meaningful, large‑scale transformation through product‑led delivery.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience working in a product‑led or agile delivery environment, with exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and iterative delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret information from multiple sources to support product and delivery decisions.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics in a structured, accessible way to a range of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • A practical problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex issues and contribute to workable solutions at pace.
  • Curiosity about how tools and AI can be used responsibly to improve productivity, delivery quality, and ways of working.
  • An interest in financial services, with an awareness of custody, depositary, or fund oversight activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
  • German language skills at CEFR level B1 as a minimum
