What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced Surveyor with expertise in land acquisition, land rights or infrastructure delivery. Whether your background is in consultancy, utilities or major projects, you'll bring the commercial awareness, professional judgement and delivery focus needed to help progress complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience securing land access, negotiating agreements and resolving compensation matters.
- Extensive expertise in DCO, CPO and wider statutory consenting processes, with proven experience supporting the delivery of major linear infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to secure positive outcomes in complex and challenging environments.
- Strong commercial awareness, sound professional judgement and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

- A competitive salary between £55,000 - £67,000 - dependent on capability.
- Market supplement of £3,000 per annum.
