What we're looking for
You'll likely be a Surveyor with experience in land acquisition, land rights or infrastructure delivery, gained within consultancy, utilities, infrastructure or major development projects.
You'll also bring:
- Experience securing land rights, negotiating agreements and resolving compensation matters.
- Knowledge of DCO, CPO and statutory processes associated with major linear infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and professional judgement.

- A competitive salary between £48,000 - £61,000 - dependent on capability.
- Market supplement of £3,000 per annum.
