Salary: from $90,000 + Superannuation
Roster: 14 Days On, 7 Days Off
Location: BIBO/FIFO from Brisbane, QLD

We're currently seeking experienced Hospitality & Cleaning All Rounders (Service Attendants) to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.
The Role
- Housekeeping & cleaning of accommodation rooms (dongas) up to 30 rooms a day
- Cleaning and maintaining mine‑site offices, outdoor areas, and common areas
- Supporting kitchen and dining room operations, including basic food handling and preparation
- Providing friendly customer service in the onsite tavern or retail shop
- Food preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
These are FIFO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.
About You
- Must have Australian Drivers Licence
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
- FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Full Australian working rights
