Job Summary: Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join their project team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities: Site-execution: block work, plaster, Gypsum, Waterproofing, Tile, putty, paint. Texture, Aluminum Window, Door, S.S Railing, fasard work etc. Prepare and checking sub-contractor bills as per BOQ. To study the architectural drawings. To use of HIRISE software for various construction activities. To handover the shops with checklist A. To maintain the quality of all civil work. Checking the line, level, plumb in maven shuttering, reinforcement checking as per structural. Drawings, sleeve and cut outs as per map drawings. Confident decision-making ability. Observance of safety requirements. Reporting regularly on progress to the senior Engineer. Tracking the work activity as per construction program schedule. To control wastage and to improve quality of workman ship. Supervising and counseling to Foreman’s. Maintaining the all-necessary records & documents at site Requirements B. Tech in Civil Engineering. 6-10 Years experience in Construction and project management. Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site. Strong leadership skills to manage the site workforce. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
