What you'll do
- Provide social care services for adults with disabilities.
- Ensure quality and safety within disability services in line with national and sectoral developments.
- Coordinate house activities (for House Coordinator position).

- At least 3 years’ experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector for the Social care leader.
- Detailed understanding of developments at national and sectoral level in relation to quality and safety within disability services.
- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
- A full drivers licence is an essential requirement for all applicants

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading disability service based in Ballybay, Monaghan
These are full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week.
Salary for Social Care Worker: €39,088 - €56,349 per annum
An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026.
House Coordinator position also available – salary €44341 to €56349 per annum
