- Provide social care support to vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Lead and manage a team of social care workers (for Team Leader role).
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met within disability services.

- Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
- A full drivers licence is an essential requirement for all applicants

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Team Leader and a Social Care Worker on behalf of a leading disability service based in Kilkenny and Tipperary south.
These are full-time permanent contract working a 39-hour week.
Team Leaders work Monday to Friday!
Salary for Team Leader€46,466 - €55,244 per annum DOE plus on call rate of €3,904 should you wish to partake.
Salary for Socia Care Worker: €39,088 - €56,349 per annum
An extra 4% pay increase will apply at the end of 2026.
