Solicitor – Employment Law – Bournemouth – 3+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)

A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its respected and growing Employment team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters within a collaborative, commercially focused environment that values high quality advice and client service.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a varied and stimulating caseload, including:

• Advising clients on a full range of employment law issues
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and employment related litigation
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, and other key documentation
• Managing new client enquiries and making cross referrals where appropriate
• Conducting legal research and proposing innovative solutions
• Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, including AML, engagement letters, billing, and time recording
• Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the team
• Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
• Participating in business development and marketing initiatives

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• 3+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent client care skills and a commercial approach
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• A positive, flexible, and team oriented mindset
• Experience in immigration law or willingness to learn (advantageous)
