1. Long-Form Video Editing
   1. Edit full-length podcast episodes, product demo videos, impact documentaries, and school/field visit recordings into polished, broadcast-ready content.
   2. Manage multi-track timelines: sync audio, handle B-roll, pace interviews, and structure narratives for maximum engagement and clarity.
   3. Apply colour grading, noise reduction, and professional sound mixing to bring raw footage up to publication standard.
   4. Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips, trailers, and highlight reels for social and digital use.
2. Short-Form & Social Video Production
   1. Produce high-volume, high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — from raw footage or scripted briefs.
   2. Stay current with platform trends: aspect ratios, caption styles, hooks, pacing, and audio trends that drive organic reach.
   3. Work closely with the content team to translate field stories, data points, and impact narratives into shareable visual formats.
   4. Own the end-to-end production for social videos: ingest, edit, add captions/graphics, export, and hand off ready-to-publish files.
3. Field Production & Shooting
   1. Travel to project sites — schools, NGOs, and partner locations across various states — to independently shoot video and photo content.
   2. Handle on-ground logistics for shoots: equipment setup, framing, lighting adjustments, and audio capture in variable field conditions.
   3. Conduct or assist with on-camera interviews with students, teachers, and community members, ensuring comfort and authenticity.
   4. Work with field-style footage (shot on phones or cameras, variable lighting, ambient noise) and bring it up to publication standard in post.
4. Motion Graphics & Visual Asset Design
   1. Create motion graphics for intros, outros, lower-thirds, data visualisations, and animated callouts consistent with the iDream brand.
   2. Design and animate explainer sequences for product demos and campaign videos.
   3. Design static and animated visual assets required within videos — thumbnails, title cards, infographic overlays, and social creatives.
   4. Build a growing library of reusable motion templates and graphic assets that accelerate production across the team.
5. Asset Management & Production Coordination
   1. Maintain an organised file system for raw footage, project files, and exported assets so content is always findable and team-accessible.
   2. Coordinate with field and implementation teams to gather raw video and photo assets from project sites.
   3. Track and manage a rolling content calendar for video deliverables across all channels.
6. Innovation and Disruption: Champion continuous experimentation with new ideas, technologies, and channels, including AI, to unlock disruptive opportunities that amplify our credibility, reach, and growth.

• Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing, with a demonstrated ability to handle both long-form and short-form content. Strong personal or freelance portfolio work will be considered.
• Short-Form Platform Awareness: A keen eye for what works on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — you understand hooks, pacing, caption placement, and the social-first edit intuitively.
• Audio Skills: Comfortable handling multi-track audio, podcast mixing basics, background noise removal, and syncing voice-overs. Podcast or interview edit samples in your portfolio are a strong plus.
• Sector Context: Prior exposure to EdTech, social impact, NGO, or development sector content is a meaningful advantage. Comfort with field-style footage (shot on phones, variable lighting, ambient noise) is a strong differentiator.
