  • Develop and operationalize the commissioning process for Form’s fielded battery systems

Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Staff Commissioning Engineer to play a critical role in the successful deployment of Form’s grid scale battery deployments. As part of the Commercial Operations group, you will be part of the foundational team that is building the commissioning process for Form’s unique product. You will collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Test and Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to drive rapid resolution of issues and product design improvements. You should be comfortable working in the field, executing tasks yourself, directing other engineers and technicians, and coordinating closely with internal and customer stakeholders. This role will also interface with third-party suppliers of system components such as inverters, transformers, and power plant controllers. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!
