Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion. What is on offer: - 2:1 Roster from Perth - Attractive base + site uplifts % + project completion bonus % OR Casual Rates!! - Long term stability with works into 2027/2028 ## The Role - Lead and supervise electrical crews across the BWR7 project. - Coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning activities. - Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and site procedures. - Monitor daily productivity, manage work fronts and support achievement of project milestones. - Work closely with engineering, quality, commissioning and operations teams. - Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to electricians and leading hands ## About You - S26 Certification - Mandatory - WA Electrical Licence - BHP Inducted (essential) - First Aid & CPR - Arc Flash & Low Volt - Proven experience supervising SMP works in major construction or heavy industry (highly regarded) - Experience overseeing piping installation, commissioning and structural/mechanical assembly - Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills ## Civmec + You ---------------- At Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a ‘Never Assume’ culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
